# A founding, in staging

> A cooperative is forming: it fights for liberation, builds open software, and trains community practitioners. Rights upheld (non-neutral; the ground everything else stands on): an end to oppression; a right to freedom. Governance: policies ratified by ranked-choice vote of members; every decision recorded as a portable, verifiable record. Thesis: everyone deserves the right to digital safety and digital freedom — the digital expression of the two rights above.

## Status

- Stage: pre-founding. Bylaws, covenant, and governance rails are being drafted.
- Founding act: the cooperative will ratify its own bylaws by the first ranked-choice vote recorded on its own rails.
- This surface: staging, on borrowed ground (a subdomain of therapysupervision.org). The organization's name is not final.
- Languages: English and Spanish are co-equal on every surface this project ships. This page: /?lang=es for Spanish.
- Humans and agents are co-equal users by design; machine-readable governance records are a first-class face, not an export.
